MAD Cheese Ball
One block of Cream Cheese
One small can of Crushed Pineapple
8 Slices of Bacon, cooked crisp
3 TBSP of MAD SWEET HEAT Relish
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add 3 TBSP of MAD SWEET HEAT Relish and mix well. Drain 1 small can of crushed pineapple (squeeze out all the juice) use only half of the drained Pineapple; unless of course you really love pineapple then go ahead and add it all! Chop the bacon into tiny pieces. Toss the Pineapple and Bacon into the mixer with the cream cheese and MSH relish. Then scoop out the mixture (which will be quite soft) onto a piece of aluminum foil and shape into a ball, wrap it up tight). Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight if you can. Enjoy!
