Each package contains 1 lb. of frozen bulk ground beef.

BBQ COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

Ingredients

1 lb The Woodruff Farm Angus ground beef1 lb The Woodruff Farm ground pork1 large egg, beaten1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs1 tsp garlic powder or 1-2 tsp fresh, minced garlic2 tsp seasoned salt1 tsp black pepper1/3 cup Woodruff Jersey Farm whole milk1 tsp dried oregano2 T dried parsley or 1/4 tsp fresh, minced parsley

1 jar,  Cashman’s Famous Barbeque Sauce (or your favorite sauce)

Method

Preheat oven to 350ºF.Spray a sheet pan with vegetable spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands until combined (be careful not to overwork the mixture because it will make a tough meatball).Shape into 1" balls and place on prepared sheet pan.Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Stir in Cashman’s BBQ Sauce and serve.

Yields approximately 48 (1 oz.) meatballs.
